SUPPORT Built Around YOUR PRACTICE
No two practices are alike—and neither are my partnerships. Stella Advisory provides customized operational and strategic support designed around where your practice is today, what’s standing in the way, and where you want to go next.
1. Growth & Operations Partnership
For practices that know where they want to go—but need the strategy, structure, and support to get there.
This customized partnership is designed to tackle the operational challenges and growth priorities standing between your practice and its next stage. Together, we’ll identify what needs attention, build practical solutions, and turn those priorities into action—so your business can grow without adding unnecessary complexity behind the scenes.
-
Growing aesthetic and wellness practices that have gained momentum but are beginning to feel the operational strain behind the scenes. You may know what needs attention but lack the time, bandwidth, or operational expertise to move it forward—or simply need an experienced partner to help determine what comes next.
-
Every engagement is customized around the needs of your practice. Areas of focus may include:
Systems + SOPs — building workflows, processes, and documentation that create consistency and reduce operational friction.
Team + Organizational Development — hiring, onboarding, role clarity, accountability, training, and strengthening team performance.
Practice Performance — KPIs, profitability, pricing, inventory, expenses, productivity, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
Patient Experience — refining the patient journey, communication, conversion, retention, and the systems supporting an exceptional experience.
Growth + Business Development — strategic partnerships, events, new services, marketing initiatives, expansion planning, and identifying opportunities for thoughtful growth.
Operational Projects — implementing new technology, improving workflows, launching initiatives, opening or expanding locations, and tackling the projects that have been sitting on your list for far too long.
-
This is an ongoing, collaborative engagement—not a one-time audit or a list of recommendations left for you to implement on your own.
We’ll establish the priorities that matter most, meet regularly to assess progress and make decisions, and work together to move initiatives forward. I’ll bring the strategy, operational expertise, outside perspective, and accountability needed to turn ideas into meaningful action.
Engagements are customized based on the scope and needs of the practice, with an initial three-month commitment.
2. Fractional Operations Leadership
For practices that need experienced operational leadership—but aren’t ready for, or don’t need, a full-time executive hire.
Fractional Operations Leadership provides embedded, executive-level support to oversee the operational side of your practice. I step into the business as a strategic partner to the owner, helping lead the team, drive priorities forward, strengthen performance, and create the structure needed for the practice to operate and grow more effectively.
-
Established or rapidly growing practices where the owner or providers are carrying too much of the operational load. You may have a strong team and a successful business, but lack a dedicated leader with the experience and bandwidth to connect the dots, create accountability, and keep the practice moving forward.
This level of support is especially valuable during periods of rapid growth, leadership transition, expansion, or increasing operational complexity.
-
Scope is customized to the needs of the practice and may include:
Operational Leadership — overseeing day-to-day operational priorities, identifying areas of friction, making recommendations, and ensuring key initiatives continue moving forward.
Team Leadership + Accountability — supporting managers and team members, strengthening communication, establishing expectations, clarifying roles, and creating systems for accountability and performance.
Financial + Practice Performance — monitoring KPIs, revenue, expenses, productivity, inventory, margins, and other performance indicators to support stronger decision-making.
Systems + Infrastructure — evaluating and strengthening the workflows, SOPs, technology, policies, and internal systems the practice relies on every day.
Growth + Strategic Initiatives — leading or supporting expansion, new service launches, hiring, business development, vendor relationships, marketing initiatives, and other high-priority projects.
Owner Support — serving as a trusted operational partner to help evaluate opportunities, solve problems, make decisions, and translate the owner’s vision into action.
-
Fractional leadership is designed to feel like an extension of your internal team. I become closely integrated into the practice, working alongside ownership, managers, providers, and team members to lead priorities and provide consistent operational direction.
The level of involvement is tailored to the practice and may include recurring leadership meetings, team collaboration, project oversight, performance review, and ongoing access for operational decision-making and problem-solving.
Engagements are customized based on the scope and needs of the practice, with an initial three-month commitment.
3. Executive Advisory
For established practice owners and leaders who want an experienced strategic partner in their corner.
Executive Advisory provides high-level guidance for the decisions, opportunities, and challenges that come with leading a growing practice. I bring an experienced operator’s perspective to help you think through what’s next, evaluate opportunities, navigate complexity, and make confident decisions about the future of your business.
-
Established practice owners and executives with strong day-to-day operations in place who are looking for a trusted outside perspective at the leadership level.
You may be considering expansion, navigating a major decision, evaluating new opportunities, working through leadership challenges, or simply wanting an experienced advisor who understands both the business and the realities of the aesthetics industry.
-
Advisory support is shaped around the priorities of the owner and may include:
Growth + Expansion Strategy — evaluating new locations, service lines, partnerships, providers, and other opportunities for growth.
Business + Financial Performance — reviewing KPIs, profitability, pricing, productivity, expenses, and opportunities to strengthen overall performance.
Organizational Strategy — leadership structure, key hires, role development, team planning, and preparing the organization for its next stage.
Strategic Decision-Making — pressure-testing ideas, evaluating opportunities and tradeoffs, and bringing an objective perspective to complex decisions.
Owner + Executive Support — creating dedicated space to step out of the day-to-day, think strategically, solve problems, and stay focused on the bigger picture.
-
Executive Advisory is intentionally strategic rather than embedded. Through recurring advisory sessions, we’ll create dedicated space to review performance, work through challenges, evaluate opportunities, and keep your highest-level priorities moving forward.
Between conversations, I can provide additional perspective, research, or strategic guidance as needed—but unlike Fractional Operations Leadership, I’m not stepping into the day-to-day management of the practice.
Engagements are customized based on the needs of the practice, with an initial three-month commitment.
HOW It Works
01 02 03
Every partnership begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. We’ll talk about your practice, where you are today, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. It’s an opportunity for us both to ask questions, explore where Stella could support you, and determine whether we’re a good fit.
Start With a Conversation
CONNECT
DEFINE
If it feels like a fit, I’ll develop a customized proposal based on what we discussed—outlining the priorities, scope of support, and investment for our work together. No predetermined packages or unnecessary services; just the level of support that makes sense for your practice.
Build the Right Partnership
PARTNER
Once your engagement begins, we’ll establish our priorities and start turning strategy into action. Depending on the partnership, that may mean building systems, leading initiatives, supporting your team, solving operational challenges, or helping you navigate what comes next.
Let’s Get to Work
You don’t need to know which service you need before reaching out. That’s part of the conversation. Tell me what’s happening in your practice, and together we’ll determine the level of support that makes the most sense.
